+1 to +3:
Success ratio  100% (what for i discuss it?)


+3 to +4: 
1. Open your refine skill... Wait 5 second...
2. Put the ruby...    Wait 5 second...
3. Put the item to be refine Wait 5 second...
4. Click refine
Success ratio : 100%

+4 to +5:
1. Open your refine skill... Wait 7 second
2. Put the ruby... Wait 9 secnnd
3. Put the item to be refine... Wait 12 second
4. Click refine
Success ratio : 100%

+5 to +6:
1. Open your refine skill... Wait 12 second
2. Put the ruby... Wait 12 second
3. Put the item to be refine... Wait 12 second
4. Click refine
Success ratio : 100%
 
+6 to +7:
1. Open your refine skill... Wait 15 second
2. Put the ruby... Wait 20 second
3. Put the item to be refine... Wait 20 second
4. Click refine
Success ratio : 97.5%

+7 to +8:
1. Open your refine skill... Wait 60 second
2. Put the ruby... Wait 60 second
3. Put the item to be refine... Wait 60 second
4. Click refine
Success ratio : 95%

+8 to +9:
1. Open your refine skill... Wait 60 second
2. Put the ruby... Wait 80 second
3. Put the item to be refine... Wait 100 second
4. Click refine
Success ratio : 92.5%

+9 to +10:
1. Open your refine skill... Wait 60 second
2. Put the ruby... Wait 90 second
3. Put the item to be refine... Wait 120 second
4. Click refine
Success ratio : 90%

+10 to +11:
1. Open your refine skill... Wait 60 second
2. Put the ruby... Wait 60 second
3. Put the item to be refine... Wait 60 second
4. Click refine
Success ratio : 80%

+11 to +12:
1. Open your refine skill... Wait 1 minute
2. Put the ruby... Wait 2 minutes
3. Put the item to be refine... Wait 3 minutes
4. Click refine
Success ratio : 70%

Notice: You can refine successful if you follow my tutorial (REMEMBER : THE DELAY MUST BE CORRECTLY). Now you didn't need to afraid about refine and you didn't need ask help to Smith. Because you must pay the smith if success and lately most of smith steal your item and your gem.

This is the recommended place for refine :
+1 to +3: (it's up to you)
+4 to +6: At lt2 marcus home
+7 to +9: At in front of NPC Aaraon at Zaid.
